.: Site A ward R ules

All nominees must read and follow the following rules in order to be accepted and added to the voting lists.  We'll know if you didn't read them.  (Legilimency is a handy skill of ours.)

1) You must place a link back to us so that your visitors can vote for you. You may copy and paste the following codes and use our buttons on your site. If you place the button anywhere other than your index page, you must let us know where it is. There is room on the form for you to input the URL to at least one page you are displaying it on. After your nomination is received, we will visit your site, look for the button, and then add you to the nominee list.  If you don't have a button on your site when the voting begins you may not remain on the ballot, and you certainly won't have many people from your site voting for you since they don't know you're competing.  Fiddlesticks! 

2) Do not nominate your site if it contains offensive, pornographic, or illegal content. All sites must be Harry Potter related and will be screened for content.

3) We prefer original sites on domains, rather than free hosts. You may still apply (especially forums) if you do not host your own paid site, however, not all sites will be accepted. We do not accept LiveJournals, Xanga Sites, or other blogging sites.

4) Sites that are strictly forum-based will be accepted for all categories except Best Fan Site, and the Fanged Frisbee Award.  All other sites must have at least 10 pages to qualify for this category.

5) In order to ensure that you have read these rules, we will only accept nominations who type "A bezoar for Ron" in the comments field on the form. (A bezoar, as we all know, comes from the stomach of a goat and is useful in protecting from the effects of most poisons.)
